New Music! "Hater"
Heard this new song on 106 and Park by some new girl named Miranda Brooke if I spelled her name right. I love the song! Its called Hater. It has a cool new video that will hopefully make the countdown. Shes a pretty model-type singstress with hip pipes and beautiful hair if I must say so. Looking forward to hearing a bit more from her.She is signed by Akon’s brother, Def Jam A&R Bu Thiam, Miranda counts TLC, Xscape, Aaliyah, and Missy Elliott among her musical influences. To me she looks a little like Alicia keys at some angles but a few say Rihanna. Personally I don't see it but check her out and support the music. To listen to her new debut single "hater" check out the links...

random thoughts
Hey everyone in internet world. Im just here listening to some musiq soulchild on the laptop at school. Kinda bored with nothing to do. I got a ride today so I'm actually a good hour early before my classes start. I realized I have been neglecting you guys a little. Im on twitter more than anything thats for sure. If you're interested inmy quirky, ranting quotes or just wanna laugh at my misery FOLLOW ME: @honeydiipz yup thats me. I also have a myspace but trust me I havent been on it in ages so it makes no sense I broadcast that. I couldnt sleep last night because I was so upset. Im starting to doubt that the direction that Im going right now is the one for me. I kind of wake up feeling like im almost living somone else's life. Its strange I would've never looked back on my life 5yrs ago and see myself where I am right now. But thats the thing with life you never know where it leads you. You can just chose to follow the path marked out for you or trailblaze. Im chosing to trailblaze. I was talking to one of my friends today and they told me about their hardships trying to persue their careeer and their work ethic motivated me. Its not about being an angry black woman its about being motivated and knowing what u want. I was up watching Pretty Little Liars last night. Its not really my kinda show just because every person is over the top adorably cute and good looking....well 90%. I seen one rather interesting looking character lol. but anyway I'll post one of the quotes from the show that stuck with me and will be my thought for the rest of the week
"Don't apologize for who you are or what you want...I know i'm not" -Pretty Little Liars
And so with that I'll leave it at that. the tabs as well for other updated stuff. Talk to y'all soon and hopefully not too long from now.
much luv xox

Fall Fashion 2 Spoil our Youth
Fall is here and so is fall fashion! What I love the most is all the neat ways to accessorize from leg warmers, stockings, socks, scarves, ankle boots, hoodies, sweater dresses, knitted hats, finger gloves, purses and much more. So.. I was doing a little online shopping and saw some real adorable stuff. Check it out!
look at these Louis. I would get one in every colour. Tres cute!
For the modest little indian boy. Yay for mocasins.
totally adorable. How much are they you ask? I have no clue. If they are this cute who really cares?!Leopard is hot hot hot this season. Why can't the little miss be just as trendy as the big miss? Note the velcro fasteners. Very toddler friendly. I was gushing over these. I want them all!!!!

Quik post
Im Out with the girls we are all just getting dressed. well I'm dressed I'm just waiting for them to get their lives together so the drinking can begin. I originally was supposed to go to the movies or dinner tonight. Somehow I knew that plan would've fell through. Oh well when one door closes another one opens. Im also here on facebook as well.**SIGHS** Facebook is definately not what it used to be. Now I just go on to post my pics of events places and things I have no space for in my phone. Also to keep tabs on my friends who are now distant. Either they are away at school or we are now on a see-you-when-i-see-you type a basis. I considered deleting it but since I created it about 4,5 years ago it has become a documentation of my life and events.

Obsessions and Reality
hey salutations :)
Today has been just one of those days where I just feel like I need to just get away. Escape the drag day this one has become. I always think of how great a day will go for me and someone or something has to screw it up. ughh! whatever! To amuse myself I began watching some television. I seen previews for the next LA INK episode. I used to watch that show till that dirty little homewrecker stole Sandra Bullock's husband. Emphasis on stole and HUSBAND. I can't bring myself to watch it anymore. Men. silly fools some can be. Don't realize the treasure they have in their reach but rather go the distance to be with a tatted up scrawny whore :) I'm being polite. Anyways....
so I I'm watchiing this show called "My Collection Obsession" and these people really have lost their marbles. I seen from Vacuum collecting little boy to a grown-ass woman bleach blond hair who collects dolls. She spent a thousand dollars on what? A doll! I mean if I was rich and successful well then i guess I could afford to collect whatever I wanted. What shocked me most was that this woman around the age of around 50 took the life size doll around the age of 5yrs old out to the park. Not only did she strap the doll in a booster seat in the car but also pushed it along in a stoller in broad daylight! IN PUBLIC! LOL then if that doesnt surprise me she decided the doll needed her 1st pair of shoes and then proceedeed to spend $70 on a pair of high heel sandals. wow. She said it's to fill a void because she has a very nuturing nature. ok crazy doll lady lol but as weird as it seems to me I like to take away something positive from everything. It's inspiring how someone can devote themselves to just one specific thing that has no life in it. An object can hold such value to them and its crazy how we can develop such emotional attatchment to "stuff." The show continued and I seen a gay couple who had a massive Dolly Parton collection. I really like her despite mixed responses to her theatrical appearance and almost whimsical personality. I grew up listening to her music. I bet you didn't know that about me did ya?? Better believe it. I grew up listening to all the old classics. All i can remember was waking up on a sunday morning and running downstairs seeing my mom standing at the old wooden record player. The screen door was open and cool summery breeze found its way the room light only by sunlight. Off into the kitchen she would go and the room would fill with a soft crackle and upbeat music would start. A tiny little voice would fill the room. I remember looking at the record cover reading the words Dolly scribbled across it in cursive. I could remember thinkin wow this little skinny white woman can really sing and she had such a distinct sound. My favourite song I loved to listen to kinda went like this "how much is that doggy in the window, the one with the waggly tail, how much is that doggy in the window, i do hope that dog is for sale..." I dont remember much else lol. Enough of going down memory lane. What I was trying to say is I can somehow relate to these obsessiive people who attatch themselves to these objects and images. I too feel I have an obsession with memories and I find that I'm extremely sentimental. I like to cherish little remnants of the past. Wether its in photograph form, a dairy from when I was 10yrs old, a drawing from 5yrs old or even a subway transfer from my 1st ride on the subway. Ladies and Gents take the time to look around and cherish the moment because as much as would wish, no moment can last forever....
love y'all!

Wedding Fever & Cold Feet
Wedding Fever and Cold Feet
My friend is getting married soon. I can't help but think of marriage myself and everything it comes with. Helping someone plan their event of a lifetime is fun...stressful and gets me a little bit sentimental. I think a lot about how I would like my wedding day to be. PERFECT. Not one satin bowtie or ascot outta place, not one curl frizzy and not one pinky left unmanicured. I know I would be far from a bridezilla but I know what I like, how I like it and what I want. I want my wedding day to be like a beautiful dream. At the same time I want it to be like great sex. Not too dragged out and exhausting, fun and filled with little surprises, romantic with candlelight good music, great company, sweet and pleasurable. lol I cant wait till everything comes together nicely and seeing one of my besties walk down the aisle. Now the amusing parts like her bachlorette should be easy. Im thinking sex toys and margaritas. Maybe even a pole dancing class for everyone! Now that would be fun and different. The purpose is not to get her wasted to the point of no return but rather to make lasting memories that stick. Give her unmarried days the boot, an adios! A farewell! I have no idea what to plan in good time it will fall together I suppose. I'm so happy for the couple. Wish them all the happiness in the world.
On another note. Cold feet. I dont have a fear of comittment of any kind...however though, school is drawing neigh and I'm already consumed with the jitters. They come and go but they are growing more and more frequent as the days get closer. I have no idea what to expect. I try to familiarize myself with the study and the school but still. I feel like a girl starting highschool. I need paper, pencils, notebooks, erasers! yes a LOT of erasers...I feel as though I will be making quite a few mistakes. In addition to school supplies I need a lot of other things too. Like stupid OSAP to go through gosh darnit! no OSAP NO SCHOOL. SOOO.....if any of u OSAP ppl are reading this by any chance whatsoever...please approve my application thanks! I got my OSAP estimate yesterday and I dont know if it will be enough to cover all my expenses(car, car, books, tuition, car!!!) lol Yes I have been looking. Shameful of me I know right...but hey in my defense I'm not the only one who has thought of it or has even done it. I know that if I do I will not be the lastr either. Besides someone like me needs suitable transportation buslife is cramping my style. The sweet smell of armpit mixed with curry and pum-pum grease doesnt come off as my favourite fragrance. Well I must do what I must to get where I gotta go in life litterally and figuratively speaking. Drinking camomile tea daily to calm the nerves, trying to get plenty of rest and daydreaming shall keep me occupied until the day comes. When it does I'll tell all those doubtful Thomas' to kiss my ass and the haters "look at me now". Till next time my lovlies!!!!!

Born 2 Dance!
BORN 2 DANCE
so what are we on...the 3rd episode or so now? I been keeping up with it and I thought it was gonna be a remake of the played out "who wants to be the next pussycat dolls/ girlicious" thype show. However it's nothing of the sort. Its still dancing in skimpy outfits but it seems that Lauriean (the main choreographer/ video diva actor extrordinaire) is not a Robin Anton copy. I love her spirit and love for dance. She is gives the girls hard criticism mixed with positive reinforcement. She doesn't just say: you suck! She uses more of a coaching method than a Simon Powell method. Overall so far this show is great entertainment to watch and is yet another knot on the string of reality performance type shows to grace tv land. My top fav girls is the chubby cute one who was previewed with the broken necklace (cant seem to remember her name at the moment) and a couple others. My least favourite girl is the ghetto looking one with the bright red little mermaid mop top thing on her head. what's up with that? I'm sure you were thinking it too. lol. Through several other male opinions she looks manly. I quote: "whoooah is that a man or woman?" me: " lol thats right there is a woman....ye" Male: " ohhh from the side she looks like a man. But thats bad. All i know is a woman is supposed to look like a woman not jus from one side but AAALLL angles" LOL i had a good laugh at that comment. Well im not a hater...we'll just wait and see how far she goes.
